These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the public Yoeweb website. They do not, by themselves, create a paid-services contract.

If we work together on a paid engagement, that work is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

Submitting a Talk With Us or Request a Strategy Session (Request Demo) inquiry, or otherwise contacting us through the website, does not itself create an engagement or paid-services agreement.

2. Website Content & Services

This website provides information about BOS Setup, website services, branding, 3D visualization, resources, and assessments. Public pages describe offerings and capabilities; they do not grant software access, an enterprise license, or a right to use BOS Setup.

BOS Setup is configured around a business's actual workflows. Public descriptions of modules or capabilities do not mean every engagement includes the same features, and these Terms do not promise business outcomes, savings, revenue, or growth.

Implementation, design, branding, and related paid services are subject to a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement that outlines scope, timelines, and deliverables.

3. Intellectual Property

Website content, BOS Setup materials, resources, assessments, original written content, and visual assets on this website are owned by Yoeweb or used with permission. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Client-specific deliverables (for example, custom branding or website assets created under an engagement) are transferred to the client upon full payment, as detailed in the applicable statement of work or agreement.

4. Optional SMS for Request Demo / Strategy Session

SMS Messaging Program

Yoeweb Design, Inc. operates an SMS messaging program for individuals who provide a mobile phone number and optionally consent to receive text messages related to a BOS Setup Strategy Session, including appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, follow-up communications, and support updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any SMS message from Yoeweb Design, Inc. to opt out of further text messages at any time. After you opt out, you may receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out request.

Yoeweb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

7. Third-Party Links

This website may include links to third-party sites or services, such as Amazon, Kindle storefronts, and social platforms. Yoeweb does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Inquiries

Talk With Us and Request a Strategy Session (Request Demo) submissions are inquiries. Completing a form does not itself create an engagement or service agreement.
